IMPORTANT INFORMATION

NEW FOR 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Student Central (formerly PlanetHS) has officially been acquired by ArbiterSports, meaning all school athletic registration and pre-participation forms are moving to a new system. To ensure your child remains eligible to play sports, all parents and guardians must create a new family account and complete the student-athlete registration process on the Arbiter Sports platform.

Key Changes & Reminders to Know

  • New Platform: All physical exam forms, concussion waivers, and emergency contact details move to ArbiterSports.
  • Account Creation: Previous PlanetHS login credentials will not work on the new system.
  • Compliance: Students cannot participate in tryouts, practices, or games until this new registration is 100% complete

ST. LUKE'S ATHLETIC PHYSICALS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Check back for future free physical events. If your student-athlete needs a sports physical, you may go to any St. Luke's Care Now Location and get a Sports Physical done for $25.00. The link provided is for the closest location to us in Forks Township.
 

WHEN ATTENDING THE FREE PHYSICAL EVENTS

YOU MUST MAKE SURE TO KEEP A COPY OF YOUR COMPLETE PHYSICAL FORM TO UPLOAD TO YOUR ARBITER REGISTRATION. THE ATHLETIC TRAINING STAFF WILL KEEP THE PHYSICAL FORM DONE THAT DAY.
