REAL ESTATE TAX COLLECTION PROCESS UPDATE

Effective with the 2021 tax year, unpaid balances that are not included in the installment plan will be turned over to Portnoff for collections after December 31st.  All other unpaid balances will be turned over for collections after April 15th. 
 
ATTENTION WILSON BOROUGH TAX PAYERS

The Tax Office is now open to take in-person payments.
Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
  • Payments can also be placed in the drop box outside at 2040 Hay Terrace. A self-addressed envelope or email address is required for a receipt.
  • Cash payments will be accepted.
  • If you need to speak to Dot regarding any tax matters, please leave a message on her answering machine at 610-252-5983 and she will get back to you at her earliest convenience.
 
ATTENTION WEST EASTON AND GLENDON BOROUGH TAX PAYERS
 
Please note the change in Keystone Collections Office for in person payments. The new location is 3477 Corporate Parkway, 1st Floor, Room 154, Center Valley, PA 18034. Office hours are now open Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
They will be closed on the following holidays:

Monday, December 26 and Tuesday, December 26

ATTENTION WILLIAMS TOWNSHIP TAXPAYERS

There are several changes regarding tax collections this year:
  • Payments must be made by check or money order.  Cash will NO longer be accepted.
  • The tax collector location is now in the lower level of the community building which is to the left of the municipal building.
  • The tax collector will be accepting in person payments on the following tentatively scheduled dates: August 26, 27, 30, and 31 from 2-4 p.m. Please check your bill for the actual dates. If in-person collection is canceled due to the Coronavirus, notice will be on the Township website, the Wilson Area School District Website, and the Township Facebook page.

To Ensure Timely Payment:
  • Place your check or money order in the SILVER drop box in the wall of the municipal building. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. 
  • Mail payments to: Williams Township Municipal Services, ATTN: Jenny Frindt, 655 Cider Press Rd, Easton, PA 18042.  As long as the postmark date is the due date of the bill or prior, it will be accepted as on time. Please allow sufficient time for mail delivery.

Receipts For Your Payment:

If you would like a receipt returned to you, please enclose BOTH bill portions (the one that says “mail with payment” and the one that says “taxpayer copy”) AND a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Mercantile Taxes: 

The Wilson Area School District collects Mercantile Tax for Glendon Borough, Williams Township and West Easton. Bills are mailed in the month of July and due by the last Friday in September. Property Tax Rebate: 

The Wilson Area School District is offering a property tax rebate. Any homeowner eligible to receive a PA Property Tax Rebate is eligible to receive a District rebate.  The District rebate is calculated on the amount of the 2019-2020 School Real Estate Taxes paid. The maximum rebate is $650. Wilson Area School District Property Tax Rebate forms must be filed on or before May 31, 2021.  Forms are available at the District Administration office, Tax Collectors’ offices, and Representative Robert Freeman’s office.
