Avona PTA Web Site Launch Contest Results

The Avona web site was launched in April 5, 2004. To launch the web site, a contest was offered where students counted the number of stars on all pages the web site. This was done to expose students and parents to what the site has to offer on each of the many pages. The contest rules can be viewed at by clicking on the ContestRules page saved on this site.

The winners are....

While no one guessed the exact number of stars, several were very, very close. Their effort and thoroughness really shows.

Pam N. from Mrs. Wilson's class was the winning student. Pam entered 995 stars, missing just two stars. Great job Pam!! You were the closest of all entrants.

Congratulations to our faculty winner, Mrs. Sortino with 933 stars found. Mrs. Golden was our other faculty entrant and earns an honorary second place.
